PixelBattleBase started as a six-rig LAN party and grew into a purpose-built arena for players who take their game seriously — and those who just want a great night out.

The first LAN
Six friends, six rigs, and a very warm garage in Fitzroy. Word spread fast and the queue for a seat kept growing.

Smith Street doors open
We fit out a 320sqm warehouse at 58 Smith Street with 32 stations, a casting desk, and a caffeine bar that never sleeps.

VR bays & console pods
Four dedicated VR bays and eight couch-comfy console pods joined the floor, opening the arena to families and party bookings.

48 stations & league nights
Now home to weekly Valorant and Rocket League ladders, a 60-seat casting theatre, and a 240Hz upgrade across the whole floor.

Forty-eight stations running RTX 4080 rigs, 240Hz 27″ monitors, and mechanical keyboards. Steam, Riot, Epic, and Battle.net pre-loaded. Casual play from A$12/hour, open 10am daily.
Four 3m x 3m padded bays with Meta Quest 3 and PCVR headsets. Beat Saber, Half-Life: Alyx, and multiplayer arenas. A$28 per 30-minute session, staff-guided for first-timers.
Eight lounge pods with PS5 and Xbox Series X on 65″ OLED screens. Perfect for FIFA, Mario Kart, and party nights. A$40/hour per pod, seats up to four players.
Valorant on Tuesdays, Rocket League on Thursdays, and open-bracket Smash on Sundays. A$15 entry, prize pool splits, and live casting from our 60-seat theatre.
Birthday, corporate, and hen/buck packages for 6–40 players. Two-hour blocks with a dedicated host, pizza, and a reserved zone. Packages from A$45 per head.
